ANCIENT ROMANS MEDIUM RESOURCE BOX MEDIUM
The Ancient Roman box is one of our childrens favourites and we have had many hours of fun with our box. The items within the box are the real essense of hands on learning, and the children get a feeling of excitment when it comes to learning about the Ancient Romans, even before the lid has come off. The Ancient Romans is usually studied in school in key stage two around year three, although the national curriculum concentrates on Romans in Britain, this box covers the empire as a whole.
The contents of the project box is a mix of touch, reading, craft making, and thought provoking to allow you to go on with further investigation into the vast Roman Empire.
