How much is it for delivery?

Delivery cost is £2.95 for England, Wales and Scotland (including Highlands), Northern Ireland,  I.of Mann, I.of Scilly including VAT and packaging when your order is upto £49.99 (including vat).    All orders over £50.00 will benefit from FREE delivery to all of the above areas, all other areas please contact as there will be an additional charge for delivery. If you live in the EU the flat cost of delivery is £6.99 unless your order is over the Free Delivery option set out above.

How long will delivery take?

We aim to have your order picked, packed and in transit within 5 working days from reciept of your order.  Often this is even quicker and on occassion it can take longer.  We have a policy that it will take no longer than 28 days or you will recieve a full refund on the delivery cost where applicable (Once the item is back in stock, we will send out via courier at no extra cost to you).  All deliveries will have to be signed for and will be delivered via our appointed couriers or Royal Mail recorded.

Do your prices include VAT?

Yes, prices quoted on our web store are all inclusive of VAT where it applies, and the invoice through checkout will give you the breakdown of VAT that applies to your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most credit cards through our secure checkout system, or if you have a paypal account we can accept tis method too. If you want to pay via cheque or bank transfer, please contact us with what you would like to order and will let you know the details of where to send etc..

Do you offer volume discount?

No, will do not offer volume discounts as we allready keep our prices low for everyone.  You can make a saving by ordering over £50.00 (excluding VAT) and get it delivered for FREE subject to the delivery area, or you can make extra savings by buying our special discount packs.

How can I make sure I hear about your latest product ranges?

We don't want you to miss-out of the latest products or special offers, so we do operate a news letter for our customer database.  If you want to be included in this, you can join by one of two ways, either check the news letter box through checkout process next time you buy from us, or send us an email with news letter in the subject title, and will we add you to our database.  We do not share your information with third parties and only keep the details on one database which is not avaiable to anyone else other than bestilearn.

What happens if I am out when you try to delivery?

If our appointed courier tries to delivery your order when you are out, they will leave a card to arrange another time to deliver.  If  you wish you can collect direct from the courier, as we use Parcel Force at this time you collect from your local Post-Office if that is more convenient.

Where do you delivery to?

We will delivery to all of the EU (Euro Zone). If you live outside of this area, we can arrange DDU delivery.  Please contact us for more infromation and pricing for this option.

What is your return policy?

At bestilearn, we want you to be happy with your purchase and if you find it is not what you expected subject to our main terms and conditions, we will accept return of the order and give you a full refund.  Please read through our terms and conditions under our return policy section to ensure that you following the proceedure.  The refunds on returns do  include the delivery charge if you paid for one.  If an item is damaged, please inform us within the 48 hours of delivery and return back to us for a full replacement, please read our return policy in full under terms and conditions..

Can you delivery to a third party address?

Yes, we will delivery to a third party address in the UK only, however as a security measure we may ask you to confirm delivery details before the order is processed, so please ensure you give us a contact telephone number (Landline required) for us to contact you if we need to verify the details.

How often is the site updated?

Unlike a lot of webstores, bestilearn store is constantly being updated with new and exciting products to boost our customers educational experiences.  The site when being updated is constantly online, so you may even notice a new product arrive when you are browsing.  Most updating is done during the evening or weekends, to avoid the main traffic on the site.

Where do you source your products and why?

Bestilearn prides itself on the product ranges we showcase on our webstore.  The resourcing of these products has taking much time and many hours of exploring the products to ensure that they deliver the educational benefit to the user.  Our products are sourced world wide and come from as far afield as Chile, also the to the best of our ablity we like to ensure that the products are fairtrade. Our products are choosen for their educational benefit on a particular subject or project.  We don't stock items on the basis that it is a fashionable brand name or is cheap and cheerful.

Do you hold stock or do I have to wait?

In most cases you don't have to wait for your order, please see delivery question above.  Bestilearn genuinely hold about 90% of our product range in stock at any given time, and we are pround of this fact, as it ensures a swift delivery time for our customers.  If there is a product within your order that has become out of stock, we will notify you as soon as we are aware so we can give you the lead time of it becoming back in stock, we will offer to send this item separatly so the rest of your order isn't delayed, at no extra cost to you.
